So he put on the Beethoven playlist on my comp like he always did, left the door half open and set himself on the MATLAB code, while I crashed my afternoon crash. It was a good two or three hours before he found the bug and woke me up with excitement. Something about a matrix transpose.

I felt a strange sense of satisfaction. I felt determined to set my life straight and make an effort to get some work done. There's hope in life. Not everything is bad :)
